The Vow to Move Story
I'm Tia, a Classical Pilates teacher-in-training, and I teach classical Pilates sessions with an accessibility-first mindset. I found classical Pilates in a season when I needed something just for me. I started showing up, then I stopped, because life was lifing. But the seed was planted.
A year later, I returned more intentionally. That return became a vow: a commitment to show up for myself with breath, control, and care. Even when my mind is busy, and the session isn't the best, I show up.
Vow to Move is built from that experience. This is a space to begin, return, and keep showing up, one breath-led session at a time. Whether you're brand new, returning after a break, managing a busy season, or navigating mobility limitations, you're welcome here.
I'm committed to making movement feel possible, not intimidating. You don't have to "be in shape" to start. You don't have to know the moves. You just have to show up.

I never thought Pilates was for me until I tried a session with Tia. She made me feel welcome from the very first breath.
